Receptionist/Cashier
January 2013 - September 2013
I was a Receptionist/Cashier in a spa for eight months. I were able to do different kinds of clerical works such as:
Welcoming and greeting visitors.
Answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Monitoring logbook.
Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Call Reviewer
October 2013 - December 2014
It is a US based online company that pay people to review calls in every category. In this kind of work I were able to screen or categorize recorded phone call conversation, summarize every call and submmit.
Data Entry
January 2015 - March 2018
I started to work at home when I became a mother as Data Entry. I this kind of work my responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. As my experience in data entry I were able to manage and maintain my speed, accuracy and reliability to work and improve my typing skills.

My experience in data entry helped me a lot to develop not only my inter-personal skills dealing with different kinds of client but also helped me to develop mastery in Word and Excel and my other skills in awarding with excellent, effective and efficient results as per my jobs responsibility.
